Seeking one professional, timely, and adaptable staff member to support our growing business. This full-time position will balance near-northside dog walk routes and assisting with half-day playgroups at our Lakeview facility. We are a full-service pet concierge operating 7am to 10pm 7 days/week plus holidays. Allegro provides personalized services on a scheduled and on-demand basis to an established group of long-term clientele.
Qualifications
- At least one year of service at current employer. Proven track-record of reliability and timely performance, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work effectively with a team
- At least one year of professional dog handling experience at an established pet care business is required. Grooming experience a plus
- Comfortable with large and small breeds with a variety of behavioral needs. Familiar with basic behavioral correction measures.
- Ability to receive and follow complicated instructions; communicate well across various channels; in-person, phone, text, or email.
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes and unforeseen routing/service adjustment
- Consistent full-time availability with some evenings and weekends in rotation.
